"I was sending out a Christmas package and they were very helpful in selecting the right box, peanuts to fill the empty space to protect the package and boxed it up and shipped it for me."

"Apparently, there is no dress code to work here anymore. It would be nice if the staff all were identifiable and didn't blend in. Staff don't seem to know if something is in stock or not and it takes them forever to figure it out. On multiple occasions I have gone in to pickup something that is said online to be in stock, but the employees tell me its out of stock only for me to go find it myself on the shelf. Overall a lack luster store."
"I was in the market for a new laptop and the employee Christian who was from the North Conway store was a great help. He was very knowledgeable and knew a lot about computers. We had a nice chat and he directed me to a laptop that would suit my needs. Unfortunately it wasn't in stock but they had one at another store. i would've loved to buy from him. Christian is a great employee."
