"This place is always closed during hours of operation. It is 5 pm on a Saturday, and they are closed. Also, in terms of pre-ordering at this location, should you pre-order anything but the standard edition of games, they have them sent to other stores as well as pre order bonuses."
"They don't honor advertised deals and don't pay attention to deal posters to keep deals updated. Went in expecting a buy one get one deal that was advertised and was told it was no longer active with no help in resolving the "mistake" except to pull down the deal sign and continue to tell me it was no longer active. Mind you they clearly heard me discussing the buy one get one deal and waited to acknowledge it until check out."
