"This noisy, drunk party house is a nightmare to the neighbors. The owner doesn't live here, he's from San Francisco. He doesn't care how much loud music and screaming echoes around this quiet Tahoe neighborhood. All he cares about is profits. He packs in large parties who scatter their cars down the street as the parties go into the night. He's got his moneymaker but the peaceful neighbors pay the price. Vince lives on Panorama Drive in San Francisco, works for SiriusXM in San Francisco and filed lawsuits against Heidi Coffer and Eduardo Ragolta in San Francisco. There is no street parking legally allowed and you know it. * Stop advertising your hot tub on AirBnB and Google and every other site. It attracts drunk, noisy partiers * Change your policy to fine those who cause noise or play loud music in our quiet, beautiful forested neighborhood. Back it up with enforcement. * Have a local contact who actually lives here who will come in and clear out the party when a neighbor complains. When I have called or written to you, you tell me to call the police. I have done so but should not have to. You are 400 miles away, in San Francisco."
