Besides being professional and keeping a clean atmosphere they get me in and out in less than 5 minutes it is ridiculous how fast they are, they do a wonderful wonderful job! The delivery serviice is impeccable and they're always super friendly, this is hands down the best Jimmy Johns in Vegas!"

"The staff was cool, but I got sand in my sandwich, contacted support, waited like 2 months to see if they'll do anything about it, they did nothing so I'll try a different location, if there's sand in that too, then just like with McDonald's, I won't b we going to another Jimmy John's again"
"Ordered online for delivery, left driver 22% tip. Get call they don't have a driver, I can come get it. When I get there they hand me bag, I remind them I left a $7 tip for non- existing driver. They offer me a cookie for my trouble but can't refund me money. She canceled order and tells me driver goes home at 5pm. Maybe they should take sign down that promotes their freaky fast delivery"
