"I was going to order in here, but soon as I walked in I expected to smell fresh fruit, instead I was assaulted with a strong hot musty gym wet dog odor. The unbothered employers worked as if the smell did not exist. I found it disrespectful and rude that this establishment smelled outrageous and you expect us to eat and drink it 0 stars"
"If I could give no stars I would. First off, the music was a tad loud to where it was distracting and definitely noticeable. Secondly, I stood at The counter a good 5 minutes or so where there was a young man at the second cash register on his phone and didn’t take notice to acknowledge our existence or even look our way. There was a girl in the kitchen who looked at me two or three times but did not acknowledge us or say anything. Extremely rude and unwelcoming to say the least. Needless to say, I will never step foot in this establishment again or recommend it to anybody. I can see from a previous similar review a month before mine that nothing has been changed and your customers mean nothing to you."
"We used to go here all the time, especially recently as i had dental surgery and am on a liquid diet. We love the food and the smoothies, but recently the employees have become extremely rude. My husband went in this evening and out of 4 employees not a single person acknowledged him for a good 4 to 5 minutes, and when they did all he got was a what do you want which he could barely hear over the music that every other word was the N word of F this... literally makes us want to stop coming here sadly."
"(updated Review) from 1star to 4 star. There is new staff, everyone working & pushing out orders in a timely manner. It was busy but still got my order in reasonable time if not faster than a year ago. Liked everything I ordered & area is clean. They do have a few fruit flys I saw. It happens.. over all this location definitely cleaned up from the horse play & taking care of orders."
