"Wonderful people! Dr. Chin and his staff are very kind! My husband had a dental emergency on the Friday before Christmas weekend. A couple of staff members had already clocked out to close early for the holidays and they were nice enough to stay and treat my husband. Thanks to them he was able to enjoy Christmas pain free! "I love dr chin and his staff. My problem is with the people that work in the front. I went in on June 30th cuz my tooth cracked in half.decided to do a bridge. Well About a month later went in for my upper denture and I said hey what's taking so long with my bottom tooth and they said it usually takes 6 to 8 weeks so i Waited patiently. I asked them twice in the meantime whats going on. The person in the office said ya it shouldn't take this long. Im gonna call them. So after 2 1/2 months I called my insurance company myself to see what the problem was. They never recieved any paperwork from the dental office! I work in customer service and a broken front tooth is tough to deal with. And by the way the insurance co answered right away..it was that easy. Kind of beyond mad at this point"
"This has been a really great experience, so far. The staff have been professional and helpful. The assistants are wonderful as well. Dr. Stutz did my implants, and I've really got to say... his hands were really the best. Gentle, firm, exactly what you want from a dentist. The shots were as pain-free as I could ask for. He does a very good job of answering questions. My recovery has been much easier than I anticipated."
