I've been going here to grab anytime I need hair color (which I do often) & other stuff since we moved to the area 2 yrs ago. These guys are helpful & so friendly. The manager Michelle is the sweetest person alive. I've forgotten to write a review previously but after I got a funky (bad) color & they've been so helpful while I scramble to fix & I want to rectify that by giving them all the love + support they deserve! I order online & pick up & 24 hrs ago- my new fantasy colors! Excitedly I went home & touched up roots & lightened what I needed to- HOWEVER! The semi-perm color I ordered was not what I saw all over the online swatches (starin at YOU iroiro!! You *LIED*. That is *not* neon lavender!!). Rather than "lavender" I wound up with an ugly shade of BLURPLE. I looked like the blue-haired character from the Disney emotions movie... YUCK. Made another online order to correct & some items said they were available but when I went it they weren't & the employees steered me right. They recommended a different color remover system for me than the one they were out of & the stuff they gave me Was **MAGIC**!! The color remover they recommended started lifting the ugliest shade of periwinkle on roids I've ever seen within 5 mins (it was one of those blues I know would've never faded.... the light cyans don't do it but "the other blues" are like diamonds- FOREVER)! THANK YOU to this location for being the heros they are & for saving my day- and hair!! Goin back to my neon pink and mixing that up instead. (& will forevermore start doing small strand tests!!)”
