"Bought the powervision from Dynojet Research directly to tune my Harley after I did some minor upgrades (Headpipes and air intake). Bike ran fine before I did the tune. After the tune the throttle response was sluggish and it backfired between shifts. Went to their website and signed on to their Tech Support Chat. After waiting 30 minutes a Tech finally came on and told me I couldn't use the Tech Chat because it was for computer tech only. So I emailed their tech support a couple of times explaining my situation. They never bothered to contact me back. So now I have a 600.00 powervision that is married to my bike and totally worthless."

"Customer service and support started out great but once I was still having problems with clutch kit for 2020 Polaris Pro emails have stopped. Company was very good at shipping correct secondary spring when it was discovered kit was shipped incorrectly. Now I’m concerned the primary spring could be incorrect. Is this wear normal on primary spring? Some say yes others no but I can’t get any response from Dynojet."
