"Everyone was friendly, fast and helpful, but I ended up getting charged twice. Once for my out of state policy that I was told was canceled and once for my new policy in Nevada. The agent who set up my policy told me that everything was taken care of and I didn't need to call and cancel my old out of state policy. When I noticed the charges, I called the office and was told I'll have to call my agent in my old state. When I did that, I was told that they never got notified to stop billing. It could take up to 30 days to be refunded. I am supposed to get my car registered on Monday. Today is Friday. This is causing a huge problem. I'm not saying they're terrible. I'm sure they're a great team. I did decide to switch agents because I can't worry. Not having to worry and having seamless transactions is extremely important for me. I had really high hopes with all of the great reviews and truly did like the person who set up my policy, but the panic attack I'm fighting off before work kind of negates that."

I was paying a lot of money and my friend Dani called me and told me that her cousin Andrew has an insurance agency and that he could help me, so I said yes.
