"Dr. Alkadri was on duty at Centennial Hospital when I was admitted for multiple blood Clots. The clots were nearly impossible to remove. He discussed a newer procedure, no guarantee, but he had seen success with the procedure. He was calm and kind as he proceeded with the treatment. Three days later he removed multiple clots restoring venous blood flow to my right leg. He has a wonderful bedside manner and is personable at all times. I personally would recommend him as your Cardiologist."

"TANYA THE SO CALLED MANAGER AT THIS OFFICE IS JUST AS HORRIBLE AS THEIR FRONT OFFICE STAFF. JUST READ THE OTHER REVIEWS. THEY ALL NEED TO BE REPLACED. THE MOST UNFRIENDLY AND UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF IN ANY OF THEIR OFFICES IN TOWN. AVOID THIS OFFICE AND GO ELSEWHERE THIS OFFICE HAS THE WORST STAFF, IS FILTHY, AND SMELLS TERRIBLE!"

"Person at front desk carried on a 9 min call not acknowledging me while I stood in front of her. Very rude and unproffesional. Finally called back and ma asking about opposite body part that I'm there for smh. How do you not know why I'm there?( if she put more effort in her work verses trying to impress her peers by her looks, her day may be a little more effective)Wasted time here. Dr did nothing. On my way out the door the receptionist were giving me a dirty look as if they were talking about me. They best bet was to keep it amongst themselves. Hope I never have to come back here! Their poor customer service skills is probaly why they have a "2.6" rating. Do better!!!"

"Unprofessional, petty and lazy is the best way to describe the staff at this location. They sent me away today because they couldn’t find my appointment (after having waited there patiently for 45 min), then when I followed up after by calling only to have them admit they entered the birthday wrong and that is why they couldn’t take me. I was asked to come back immediately hours later and then took a very aggressive and demeaning tone when I expressed my distress at the situation. I tried calling back no less than ten minutes after but the staff refused to answer any calls from my number I called 8 times in a row so I finally used a different number to call and they responded after two rings. Once they took my information they once again took a rude demeanor obviously upset because they realized their attempts to ignore/avoid me and the problem they caused had failed. To clarify and remove any speculation I never expressed any distaste or rudeness to the staff despite the treatment I received. I hope in the future the staff gain a perspective that the patients referred here can carry serious heart conditions and having delays due to simple errors to see the Dr. And receiving a proper diagnosis is greatly impacting the journey to recovery and long term health."

"I tried to give this place a chance for a year. It only got worse. It's largely unorganized, poorly managed, and unimpressive. Plus their facilities are just kinda nasty. The staff are usually polite and helpful (although they never answer the phone), but the doctors rush you. Vergara is particularly rude and pompous. I made the move to Las Vegas Heart Associates and couldn't be happier. It's your heart - find a better group."
