"Worst receptionist EVER! I feel sorry for whoever had the displeasure of meeting the Karen at this office. She is extremely rude and distasteful. Being a patient at this office was my worst decision. Karen lied about not having a boss or reporting to anyone, she lied about her identity over the phone and refused to do her job when it came to delivering a referral. I have wasted days trying to confirm she faxed over he appropriate paperwork and continually lied about doing so. When I went into office to pick up the paperwork for myself and ask for a manager (my appointment was supposed to be he next day but was canceled due to her negligence) she threatened to call the police expecting me to be afraid because I’m a black woman. Luckily I recorded the entire interaction and will be posting it on social media. You already violated HIPAA guidelines by giving me the referral and never verifying my identity. You also gave out information to the dental office without verifying anything and yet the doctor claims she never faxed the paper due to it being a HIPAA violation. I will be reporting you all and I wish I can give less than 1 star. 0/10 will not recommend to anyone. Just a Karen being a Karen. Your name suits you!"

"First impression. It's a small office. Not flashy, nothing attractive to be in awe of. The staff are wonderful. Friendly. I have not had any problems with my treatments at all. Did you know that this office also caters to the disabled and challenged patients as well? Imagine the type of patience and compassion that requires."

"I was waiting for my filling to be done when I took a moment to inspect the tools laid out next to me. They were clearly old, in some cases rusted and tarnished, and the pick had debris on it. I took the tools to the front desk, the receptionist insisted they were clean. The dentist insisted that the debris was from what was in my mouth, even though the procedure hadn't started yet and no tools had been used except a needle to numb me. He insisted that they use steam autoclave to clean their tools and that the autoclave and that it is inspected every week; I requested to see the inspection records. Before they produced the records they refunded my copay and ended my appointment, even though I had not asked to be dismissed, I was just trying to make sure my dental procedure would be safe. After refunding me they produced weekly inspection records from last year and could not produce anything from this year. At this point, being knowledgeable of how many people fall ill from unclean surgical tools each year, I felt it in my best interest to leave. Giving an extra star because I got my money back."

"this place deserves more stars. The staff is nice & im in & out of there every time. Never a long wait. I got my deep cleaning , now I'm going through fillings. It's quick and painless."

"The receptionist in the front has the worst custumer service. She is very rude. And don't have manners to talk to anyone. She was talking to me like I am her child. My question to her was why didn't I get a call reminder for my appointment and she said "you are a grown women and you need to be responsible for your appointment". Excuse me lady but any other dentists or doctors had always send me a reminder.I regret moving from my prior dentist. No one should go there unless you want to deal with someone like her."
