Currently, the boat ramp at Enders Reservoir State Recreation Area in the Area A campground is temporarily closed for concrete work until the end of the month. Enders Reservoir State Recreation Area is part of the Southwest Reservoirs and includes recreational and wildlife lands, with a portion dedicated as a wildlife refuge in the fall and winter. The area covers 5,700 acres, with the Enders Wildlife Refuge covering 2,146 acres. Outdoor enthusiasts can enjoy kayaking, camping, and various types of boating at Enders Reservoir.
