There was a problem when we got to the condo w/ the swimming pool not being up and running and no joke, within 5 minutes he problem solved (got us into a sister pool right across the street). 10/10! "Sheyko Travel booked a trip to Mexico this Spring for my friends and I and they were so helpful! None of us had ever used a travel agent before, and while my husband I had traveled out of the country many times, we always booked on our own. I am so glad I found Adam and Courtney! Adam was so helpful and patient with us from the very beginning. Organizing a trip of 7 people meant a lot of questions (and opinions), so it took us a while to finally decide which resort to go to and give the go ahead to get everything booked. The whole process was seamless! From getting quotes and information about resorts, to the booking process then to the actual trip, everything went off without a hitch. Adam was especially helpful during the trip, constantly checking in to make sure we made it through security, immigration, customs, got on our hotel transfers etc. Some of our flights actually had to be changed for our return trip, and he not only answered me at 3am when we woke up to head to the airport to head to Mexico (which was NOT expected or necessary), he was on the phone with the airline as soon as they opened to make sure he could get us on different flights so we could make our connections when we returned. As the person who would have shouldered 99% of the responsibility had we decided to book everything ourselves, it took a ton of stress off of me to know we had Adam there to do anything we needed if issues came up. I wholeheartedly recommend Sheyko travel for all of your travel needs, and we will DEFINITELY be using them again, whether for a friends trip or just something for my husband and I."

"Sheyko travel prepared a trip to Hawaii for my sister and me this month. We were given choices for flights, nonstop or with layovers, and hotel choices. Once we made our decision, Adam and Courtney made sure we had all the information needed to travel during the pandemic. Our security checkpoint and vaccination check went smoothly and without any hassles. Adam communicated with us to make sure we reached our gate, landed, and even checked in mid-week to see how things were going. He also made sure we were ready for our flight home.
