"Poor customer service. I sent 2 requests for a no penalty 10% yearly withdrawal for two different accounts. Since I only received a reply they received one request I called customer service multiple times over the next several days. Each time the representative had to call a supervisor to check on status. They indicated both were being processed but this was not the case. After additional inquires I received an email a week after submission to resend the document on the missing item. It was confirmed both requests were properly submitted so processing started again. Their standard processing is listed as 10 days but I was told it would be 14 business days after waiting a week. It appears the company policy is to answer questions with vague replies and delay processing to earn more money for them, Make sure to factor this policy by deducting interest % into your decision since you will certainly not receive your funds as expected in a timely manner and spend much time checking on status"
