Early Bird Brunch is a cozy restaurant located at 10730 Pacific Street in Omaha, Nebraska. We specialize in delicious brunch options that will satisfy your cravings any time of day. Our expected weekly hours range from 45-55 hours, with weekends and holidays required. Days off are scheduled by the General Manager of each location, with a start time of 6:00 am each day you work. Our up to 6-week training program includes 3 weeks in the back of the house, mostly at our Shadow Lake and Regency Landing locations. Requests off will be considered, but may not always be granted depending on staffing. Bonus opportunities are available once you complete training and are paid out quarterly.
