"We had eight in our group that ordered skis, boots, etc. The guy was nice but not organized. We made it easy for him in that he had a heated empty two car garage to stage things. Maybe he didn't have experience with such a large order but he should have completely laid out each persons items before calling us do the garage to review, sign, and tip. He forgot multiple things so someone had to come back the next morning to bring the forgotten items. He made around $350 in tips so pretty frustrating we had to do some much follow-up after his mistakes."
"So easy and everyone is so nice and accommodating. My gear was awesome. My son wanted to swap his skis for a shorter length and they met us within 30 minutes on the slope and made the switch! Couldn’t have been easier. We have used Ski Butler 3 years in a row - and they continue to have the best service."
