Sky Eco - Glacier General Store and Cabins

"Made reservations a couple of months ago for a trip . Had confirmation of price and dates. Received a phone call saying they have a new property management to give them a call regarding a few policy changes. Now they want to increase my cost over $400.00 for administrative cost and they want full payment for the entire stay. I was fine with the payment but not the increase. Something else I thought was odd is a couple of weeks ago I received an email saying they wanted to do a background check on me. I didn't really care I have nothing to hide I just thought that was odd. I don't think it is right that a place changes the cost of something once you have confirmation."

"We rented a cabin here through Airbnb and we could not have expected it to be any nicer than it was. Small cabin, but it a good bed, a kitchenette, clean but modern shower. Located just off the highway, so you do hear the traffic noise some. A/C worked great, and kept the cabin cool. General store is right next to the cabins. Would definitely come back here again."

"The grounds were perfect for a mountain get a away. The apartment I stayed at above the general store was spacious and very clean. They had so many fun activities there to choose from. We stayed here as it was near glacier National park and we planned on doing some hiking. But the best part were the employees. They are truly one of a kind and made the entire experience more enjoyable. I had forgotten a unique sign that I had bought for myself at the general store (such an awesome shop with everything you would need) so I could have something to remember our trip by, and they were kind enough to hold it and mail it to me. Who does that anymore? I can’t say good enough things about this place and can’t wait to visit again. Out of the 42 states I have visited so far, Montana is my favorite. It was a perfect vacation."

"Very friendly, informative, and overall great stop on our trip to West Glacier. Stopped to charge our Tesla at one of the two stalls available by reservation, we averaged 11 kW. During the charge we explored the large selection of food, camping, clothing, and art they sold. Excellent selection of locally owed items for sell, the Lower Valley Elk Sticks were amazing and our pup loves his new Naughty Dog bandana. They also do rentals, my wife and I will be back to rent a double kayak for the day tomorrow."

"Without a doubt the best experience of my trip to Glacier National Park. The staff was amazingly helpful, knowledgeable, and intentional with all of my needs for anything surrounding the park. The E-bike rentals were well kept and up to date. Everything according to operation and safety of the bikes was explained perfectly. Most important however, was the willingness to help me have the best experience possible. I truly felt I was in the best hands. Wonderful personal experience. I cannot recommend this business enough."
