The Florence Recreation Facility, located at 5602 Old US Hwy in Florence, Montana, United States, is dedicated to providing a safe space that promotes education, community, and athletics for lifelong health and wellness. Unfortunately, the current state of the Spring Track Conditions is not looking promising for the upcoming season. The track is in need of maintenance, with deep tire ruts, downed trees, rocks, dangerous debris, and litter present in the jumping pit areas. Florence Carlton students, athletes, coaches, and parents have been volunteering their time to clean and maintain the track, football field, and softball area. However, the facilities are still in a dilapidated and unsafe condition for practice. The middle school and high school track and field programs are unable to fully utilize the facility, with limited equipment and space available.
