"I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. I got my braces here in feb.2019-Jan.2021 within this time frame, I had visits every three months, and was on time with my payments. The front desk ladies were at times Very rude. Dr. Shaw was overly rough at each check-in and would often raise his voice if I was not doing something right. A lot of these occurrences felt like they were passive aggressive and/or I couldn’t understand whether I was being mistreated till the last few appts when it was starting to be blatant mistreatment, that’s when I had to speak up for myself. The assistants on the other hand were kind for the most part. When I got my braces off I noticed my bite wasn’t aligned since Dr.Shaw drilled down a lot the ridges of my left molars which made them very sensitive and to this day my bite isn’t lined up even when I wear my retainers every night. When I made my last payment, that’s when I was rushed to get them off and out the door. seeing that this was shotty work and have had to seek BETTER dental care for the ongoing problems that were caused and will most likely have to get braces for the second time. I have also gotten second opinions and was told they SHOULD NOT have been drilled down so much on ONE SIDE. If you care about your teeth, don’t go here."

"Dr. Troy Shaw is great with our daughter. He gives great care and is precise with what he does. The staff is amazing too. They all have such a positive attitude . A very caring office!! I would recommend them to everyone."
