"Tried calling to find out if they had room for a 2 year old, lady told me she didn't know and hung up on me. Called again, and she told me she didnt know again, I asked if I can talk to someone who does know and she said if I can call back later and hungup again. Very unprofessional the way she handled the conversation. She couldn't even lead me in the right direction. I will not even be scheduling a tour with this place if thats how they handle a phone call."
"I must have not known the password or secret code to get anywhere with this place. I finally got ahold of someone in late 2019 to get on the waiting list in Sept 2020. Did a tour, was told I was on the list and they would get back to me. Yes then a global pandemic started, so I gave them all of 2020 and started calling in early 2021 to see about getting a spot or on the list. Was told would probably be able to get a spot in June but they needed a week or two to confirm. And I could call back in a week, well that happened until about March and when they said they would call me back the following week and never did I wrote them off."
"If you are looking for a place that will love your child and love your family, this is your spot! We are finishing up our 3rd year and my daughter is beyond ready for kindergarten. She has been challenged, she has been directed, she has been nurtured, she has been loved. The tenure at Punkin Patch is something you will have a hard time finding elsewhere. There is a teacher who was a student, there are parents that were at one time students. It is not rigid, it is safe, and everyone knows you and your child. Affordability was the main reason we made the move from private sitter to Punkin Patch, but the love she received was exactly the same as a home care environment."
"My kid is almost 4 now, and she's been going there since she was about 1-1/2 years old. I love it, she loves it, all the teachers are really nice. They have a very low turnover, some of the teachers/helpers there were attending the daycare as kids. The director (Lilly) is also super nice and easy to talk to. Any chance they get they take the kids outside to play, which I love love love! If the weather is bad, they gather the kids in the auditorium/kitchen area, where they can run and play. I would highly recommend this daycare to anybody!"
