"If I could leave 0 stars I would. This big company is horrible to deal with. When I had their service they charged me for moving in town even though I moved the can myself. Also I was set up on auto pay but it changed me a 'late' fee literally every month...how can I be late if it automatically takes the payment on the due date??? When driving behind their trash trucks there is constantly trash flying everywhere and even saw one of their trucks dump more trash on the street than what actually made it into the truck. The driver made zero attempt to clean it up. This company is terrible and I'm So happy with my new service provider stone county disposal!"

"YOU ARE DESTROYING OUR CITY! So many people have seen your dump truck strewn trash all over our highways! You should be ashamed! I will do everything I can to make sure this gets cleaned up and the people responsible are held accountable! We get fined for illegal dumping and I will make sure that you are too!!!"

"UPDATE: Adding a star as Republic came out today and spoke with me, and we were able to get our trash "caught up". New driver who is learning the ropes, but seems professional and I hope he sticks around a long time. Hope I can add another star after this summer! -------------- ORIGINAL REVIEW: Unlike some, we have had decent luck with regular trash pickup for our business. Unfortunately, *every* time we have called for an additional pickup due to extra trash, they have scheduled it, then NEVER come. This has happened 6 times over the past month. For example, last week I called on Wed for an extra pickup on Friday. The representative promised it would happen. Due to previous bad experience, I called again Thursday, just to confirm we were on the schedule. We were. I checked again Friday morning, and they promised they would pick up our trash that day. They couldn't give us a time, but would have operations call us back with a pickup time. Operations did not call back (they never actually due, by the way). So I called again in the afternoon. I asked to speaker with a manager. The manager said we were on the schedule. After repeated questioning, he admitted he had no idea if our trash would be picked up. He "wasn't making excuses", but then he proceeded to make excuses about lack of employees, etc. I asked them to not make promises to people when they can't deliver. Every week I get more "promises" and every week Republic breaks those promises. It would be much better to just be honest and say "their is no way we can do an extra pickup. You may need to figure out alternative arrangements." This way we don't wait all week anticipating a pickup which never happens. Meanwhile, trash is blowing down the street and the neighbors are (rightfully) complaining. I've never seen such "nice" phone reps for a company so poorly ran. I imagine the social media rep is just as nice. If I was them, I would be so frustrated with my job I would look for another asap. "Republic services trash service is horrible. If you need trash service please go with someone else. They usually miss at least once a month, but this month they have missed 3 weeks in a row. I am attaching a photo of what my trash accumulation looks like after 3 weeks. I had to buy some boxes to put my bags in so that it would keep the animals away. I have called every day and some guy in another state keeps telling me that he will call and find out when it’s not picked up yet. But I think that’s just a corporate move to delay me even more. Then I asked for a credit to my account and he credited me 10.00. I would not recommend this company and if I could give negative stars I would."

"We haven’t had our trash picked up for almost 3 weeks. We have always paid on time and never missed a payment. We’ve called customer service at least 5 times and they say they’re sending a truck that day or the next, but they never come pick up the trash. We’ve had the case “escalated” in their system, but it hasn’t resulted in trash being picked up. Update: Another week has gone by without trash pickup. Local wildlife has been getting into it so we have to keep going out to pickup bits that are scattered around. Please please pick it up!"
