"Looked up Prairie Mental Health to recommend to a friend, and wanted to leave a review since I never did. I met with Bruce when I was 15 (22 now) after my parents got a recommendation to his practice. I was to the point of seeing Bruce 3 times per week. He was the start of my healing. He gave me a diagnosis, we tried medications, he managed my medicines well. He got me started with a great therapist. He got me through high school. I have seen some other reviews and I can see where they are coming from. Bruce is definitely a realist, he isn’t afraid to question things but I think that is what makes him a fantastic mental health counselor and prescriber… he is REAL with his patients. If you are ready to begin your mental health journey I would highly recommend this practice."

"I was told by Bruce Fletcher’s wife (RN) that my disability papers would be signed with no problems. I saw Mr. Fletcher for a month before I gave him the papers. He did not need to diagnose me, all he needed to do was provide notes of my treatment and attach to paperwork. He refused to provide this and told me I could work at Wal Mart. He terminated my services and now I am getting threatened to be turned over to collections even though I paid my 80 copay each session. He administered multiple tests to me and never provided any results. He also told me to stop taking all medications immediately when He terminated services, which proved to be life threatening in my situation. Malpractice - definitely."
