"I was experiencing extreme frustration with another transportation company and contacted JMN, as they had recently delivered another vehicle for us. Maria Henke was absolutely above and beyond in customer service in trying to resolve the issue that someone else created. She even came up with a same-day pick-up, which is not an easy find. Unfortunately, I was stuck in a situation where I had to continue using the terrible company I had already paid. Even after knowing this, she still offered guidance. I cannot say enough about the kindness and professionalism I received. 1000% better than what I paid for with another company."

The driver was professional and stayed in contact with us prior to pick-up to let us know exactly when he'd be here. He gave us an estimated time of when he expected to deliver the car, and he contacted us on the delivery end a couple hours ahead of time so we could plan our day."
