"Awesome service- 10 out of 10 I would recommend! This year, just like last year, Amy Carlisle helped me and it was a breeze! I planned on doing just a drop off because I had to be somewhere somewhat soon. Amy asked if I could spare 20 mins, and I was iffy, but I know I needed it done and it would be one more thing I could totally cross off my to-do list. Less than 20 minutes later I was out the door as a happy camper! Amy was so kind and so personable throughout the whole time I was there. I have a nerve disorder and it was obviously flaring up today, when it came to the tax payer info form, I was having a rough time writing on the small lines- Amy offered to fill in the info for me and and I would just dictate the answers to her. Fast, friendly and very efficient. Thank you Amy, hope to see you again next year!"

I've had a bad experience at H&R Block and will never go back there as they had me answering to the IRS due to their mistake not mine. After that I came to Jackson Hewitt and they have never let me down or caused me issues. They do taxes correctly the first time."
