"I’ve been banking here since early 2000s they have ONLY gone down hill. I truly hope they are Bank that goes under with these new online options US Bank is becoming more and more outdated and annoying."

"This branch CLOSED my bank account without calling or reaching out personally once. Reason was needing additional information, they said I should have received mail and phone calls but I only received a single nondescript automated email a month previously. When I contacted the branch, the associate apologized profusely for the lack of communication and told me all the money in the account would be mailed to me in over 20 days. I asked for updates on the situation as well as an explanation for the issue, they have yet to contact me again to this day to elaborate. Why would the first associate I opened my bank account with have let me leave if there was still additional information needed? Why did she never reach out either? They also misplaced/lost my bank card to replace my temporary one when I first opened the account. The whole situation blows my mind"

"It seems like banking at US Bank is getting harder and harder, even though the crisis of COVID has relaxed. You still can't go in the bank without an appointment, they still open later in the am (9:30am) and close earlier in the pm (4pm). For people who work 8am to 5pm, there is no way to bank M-F. Of the three US Banks in our area, only one is open on Saturdays, and one of the lanes had been broken for months, which means LONG lines on Saturdays."

"They are never open, misinformed, and frequently spend time talking to each other instead of helping customers. I have been debating switching banks for years, and now my decision is final. I set an appointment to cash out EE bonds. When I showed up to the bank they stated the United States Treasury is not allowing banks to cash bonds at this time. A) Why was I not told that on the phone? B) This information is false. The United States Treasury allows any local bank to cash bonds if an individual has held a bank account for 12 months. The bank should fill out the form, cash them for the customer, then send the bonds into the Treasury Department. This information is presented on the government website and on the government automated recording regarding bond redemption. The bank may have to wait up to 13 weeks for processing time, yet they are allowed to by our United States Treasury. I have been a customer at this bank for 10+ years and have noticed a significant decrease in competency at this specific branch. Ryan- I attempted to call again today at 1:20 to make an appointment to rearrange accounts due to the continued difficulties. No answer. No ability to leave a message. No ability to make an online appointment."
