"This rating goes out to Tamara. Helped us through an audit 2 years at that. Did our taxes for 2022 quick and easy. My only disappointment is what the company charges. Even asked Josh for a discount after being a 10 year customer and what we went through the last 3 years. Wasn't told by Josh the charge but when Tamara informed us it proved to me they don't really care about returning customers at all. Need to do better Josh or this business won't last. Too much competition take care of your returning customers we say. Disappointed"
"I had the best experience getting my taxes done today.. I've always had good experiences at Liberty Tax, which is why I've kept coming there for the last several years. Toni Morris was my tax preparer today and she was AWESOME. She was personable, efficient, and got me in and out in less than half an hour. She also explained details about what I can do throughout the year to get a bigger refund next year. I wish I could have her do my taxes every year!"

"Came into Liberty Tax on 23rd & Sterling and was greeted by Tamara!! We sat down and filed my returns for 2020 and 2021. She was amazing! Very kind, made sure I knew all the information that I needed to know and explained things in a way that made sense to me. She is truly amazing at her job. Get your taxes done with Tamara, you wont regret it!!! She made my filing process easy, I plan to come back and do the rest of my returns with her in the near future. :) 11/10!!!!"
