"I never leave bad reviews but the people at this store refused to help me with the horrible claim process regarding a lost package from my business to a customer. I had shipped this package via a UPS driver but I consistently drop packages off at this location as my business is a block away. The manager wouldn't even come to the phone to give me some troubleshooting ideas even after I asked if she could please just help me out human being to human being. She reason was that her store is a "UPS Store" and not "UPS". Ok. Cool. Thanks for the kindness. Never again."
