"Needed a place immediately to store a couch that was stuck in the back of a truck during a move. Staff was super helpful on the phone got me a unit and had texted me the gate code within 10 minutes. Was by myself with two heavy electric loveseats and a staff member gave me a hand to unload them to get them out of the rain faster. Convenient, clean and very friendly."

"John’s nice and facility looks good but I wouldn’t rent from them. My family and I are military and will be gone for three years. We needed to store our things. The rates changed daily online causing us issues when we wanted to secure the unit. Let me explain, The night before I had screen shot the unit we wanted and waited to call them the next day to see if we qualified for any military incentives (the time I screen shot the unit they were showing closed ok Google as it was later in the evening) when I got there John was going to work some numbers to get me the price I screen shot and I thought it was all good. However the concern arose that they could change the rate on me. Other reviews said that this place changes all the time making them pay more for the unit they already have their belongings in. That made me unsure so I asked how long my rate would be good for. I could not get a straight answer other than if I paid for as many months up front as I thought I would need then I would be secured at the online rate I had brought in on my screen shot. Seemed too shady for me to risk being in other countries and then capable of just raising rates and me not being able to move my items out. I found a locally owned unit and went with them instead. Much better piece of mind and guarantee that my rates will not go up as long as I’m in the unit. Do what you want but I would stay away. I feel like the online rate that seemed good was only a gimmick to get me in and then the rates were going to be going up."

"The storage building themselves are very nice and well maintained. The manager, John is one of the nicest and most helpful you will find anywhere. I docked a star because they have raised the rates like 4 times over in a year and they are overpriced as it is !"
