"Every time we go to this location after work, the hot food in the deli is already put away. It never fails. This location packs it up so early. They could make some additional money if they kept it open for an extra hour. I have gone to this location, seen they had nothing, then drove to the Wentzville location and they still had food available. After the 4th time, if we want hot deli food, we don't even stop at this location anymore."

"This Schnucks is the best. The employees are very friendly and very knowledgeable. I had a great experience with the deli department. The manager of this department is the best which makes the employees under her work just as hard. In this department customers come first. I placed a large order for Christmas and they couldn’t have been more helpful and kind. Thank you deli department!!"

"BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT BUY THEIR DISCOUNTED GOODS OR ANY FOOD FOR THAT MATTER! They had discounted mashed potatoes, Mac and cheese, etc.... with well over a month left to the beat buy date. All clearly soured and spoiled once we tried to cook them. I will be reporting to corporate. I will show up and demand that the manager eats the knowingly rotten food they sold to the public. My entire house smells like spoiled milk. There was no reason to discount other than they knew the food was bad and they wanted to offload it so the manager doesn't look bad and they don't lose money. Absolutely disgusting. Will never shop at this location again."

"I was falsely accused of stealing $25 worth of food from here. My card had declined for some reason so I paid for my food with cash. Later my mother, father, and my brother all got calls at 9 am on 10/9/2023 saying that I had stolen food and needed to return to pay for it or my mother, father, or brother would have to pay for it. I went in to talk with them. Amy said she had reviewed the footage and they didn’t see me purchase it, which she then later admitted to lying about it and let it slip that she had not actually gone and reviewed the camera footage at all. She said that Ethan, their lost prevention guy had reviewed it, which was in fact, another lie. He said that another employee “had a feeling” that I stole something. They wanted me to provide a receipt and show them which register I checked out on. I didn’t know I was on their payroll for loss prevention, so I told them they could figure it out, and it was hilarious that they had not even CHECKED to see if I had actually stolen it. Ethan and Amy convicted me of theft before even reviewing the footage to see that I had IN FACT PAID FOR MY FOOD. It’s incredible embarrassing to have a bunch of family members think I stole something from the store and it’s also extremely embarrassing having to PROVE MY INNOCENCE in front of a store full of people. I can tell your loss prevention is world class-Ethan managed to capture the guy who was actually paying for his food, good job sergeant stupid. If you want to be falsely accused of stealing and have this Schnucks call your entire family about it early in the morning, then this is the spot! Hope Amy and Ethan learn to cross their Ts and dot their Is before accusing people of stuff because they looked like massive bozos when THEY PULLED MY TRANSACTION HISTORY AND IT WAS ALL RIGHT THERE! “PAID IN CASH.” Didn’t even offer anything for the time wasted having to prove my innocence to some adults working teenager jobs. Keep acting like that and you’ll be replaced by machines faster than you already are."
