"Unmatched WORKMANSHIP and CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I have owned my home here in KCMO for 30 years. It was built in the 60's, so naturally I have plumbing issues from time to time and have called different companies throughout. But, within the past 5 years I have discovered Ace Drain Cleaning Plus and I have not called ANY OTHER COMPANY SINCE! Immediately, I could tell that my business mattered to them during my initial call. The office staff is very pleasant and professional. They have since logged a history of the projects they have completed at my residence, along with notes about my upcoming plumbing needs. This has given me GREAT CONFIDENCE in them (they remember me). It is obvious that Ace and his crew are knowledgable, experienced and skilled. They work hard and efficiently. They are HONEST and stay true to their bids. I find their pricing to be very fair as I have compared them with other companies. Recently, I needed them to eyeball a problem while letting them know that it was NOT urgent.
