"In June of last year, we remodeled a bathroom and replaced a sink, toilet, mirror in the other. We added a washer dryer hookup (already had to have this replaced) and replaced our water heater. We spent a significant amount of money and at first the work seemed fine but then, both toilets leaked, both sinks leaked, the new tile floor shifts when you walk on it. The shower head and hand shower don't get enough pressure to even wash your hair. (Eta: finally got this fixed. The internal switch was not turned the all the way) I had to insist after several months that I would give them a bad review unless they gave us a lien waiver since I could get no response from them after the work was done and every time I told Tom, the owner that there was a problem he basically told me I was wrong without even looking. I still was not going to write a negative review because I said i wouldn't until today when I found out the washer dryer hookup has been leaking into the wall and may have damaged the subflooring to the point that we have to replace all the flooring, because according to the new plumber I hired, the connections were not done well. So now, I am complaining. Tom is not good with customer service at all and apparently his company is not good at remodeling. Edited to add: Also the toilet paper holder they installed literally fell out of the wall, that is a perfect example of the whole experience. Looks fine but under the surface almost everything poorly done. Update: almost three years later, we have already paid other companies thousands of dollars, still not everything is fixed. Every company that comes in to work on our bathroom finds something new wrong."

"Tom did some work for us on our detached garage and the project turned out great. He pointed out several things for us to consider on our design, even things we would not have noticed ourselves, because I know he cared about the job and his work on it. He himself joined his crew in the down and dirty parts of the job too, which says a lot about him, and the speed and precision by which he and some of his crew performed was very impressive. We are very happy with the end product."
