"Once was my favorite location now I doubt that I will ever go back. Mobile order of $23.00 Woman on the speaker said it was invalid. I said I just made the order minutes before and it charged my credit card. She said just a minute, several cars went through leading me to regret the mobile order, then she said order for Rebecca? I said yes, she said pull forward. I asked the girl at the window for salt and ketchup She told me that she put some in the bag, I started to check and she said it's on the bottom, so I drove out. When I got my food out my sandwich was all wrong(I customized it) my fries were very cold and there wasn't any ketchup or salt in the bag. Cold food, Bad service I can buy lunch anywhere for $23.00 for 2 in town. Last time for me, McDonald's on William St. Cape Girardeau Mo. Rebecca Wright"

"tldr; Expect "meh" quality food that gets to you quickly, a "meh" rewards program, and sometimes "meh" workers handing you your food. I go here only because it's usually quick and convenient; I always order curbside through the app. The quality of the food is ok, but I feel like the food gets cold quickly. I also dislike how stingy the rewards program is in the app. You can only use 1 deal or 1 reward using your points. So, you build up all these points that you'll never really end up using, because they don't let you. I've had times where by the time I got home, about 5 minutes away, my fries were already cold and soggy, and have also had hard buns with an old tasting burger. I've also had times where my sundaes were handed to me with the ice cream and topping clearly melting and covering the whole cup, which I didn't have time to wipe down before being rushed with other items being shoved at me. And, had times where I was given a torn bag, a broken cup carrier that caused my drinks to fall inside my vehicle, or cup carriers buckling under the weight of 4 large drinks."

"I am appalled at the prices at McDonalds these days! Hash browns which used to be 2 for a 1.00 is now 2 for 4.58!! I could buy a whole package of those at the grocery store for less than that. This place used to be a great place you could afford to eat at but not anymore! 2 McGriddles and 2 hash browns 17.48! Employees clearly don’t care about there job, half of them rude or dismissive. They definately lost a customer today! Everything just coated in grease."

"Very pretty remodeled McDonald's, with comfortable seating. Orders were taken wrong so we had to get refund and reorder. With reordering we figured we'd have the correct food so didn't bother checking. They gave us a cheese burger instead of a crispy chicken and the person who got it cannot eat cheese. So it just wasn't the greatest service and some of the food is cold."
