"The food was very good and made fresh. My only complaint would be the price. A bowl of soup and half a sandwich with a drink and a cookie (1/2 off with purchase) was just under $20. I am not faulting the restaurant...this is a bigger problem."
"I sent an email 10/19/23. I drove over an hour round trip. My pick up order was 15 minutes late. AND I was charged for 4 bread bowls. Impossible to look at times in drive through, due to 8 pieces of bread on top of items and no way to wash my hands. I got home 45 minutes after the fact and was shorted two bread bowls. Had my receipt. Contacted them promptly. Still no reply to this day. I get errors, because people are human. But you chose not to make it right. ps....the bread was stale. I spent nearly 90$ on a pick up order and you ignored my complaint. To me, that is theft in your part. YOU charged me for items not recived. I still have my receipt!!!! And that food was NOT worth 90$. The avocado chicken sandwich had a few bites of chicken and the soups were watersed down. Watered down soup??????????"
"When you order something on the app, be prepared for the store to be out. Instead of marking it unavailable, they will let you pay for it and not tell you until you get to the window. They'll also not issue a refund and have a huge attitude about it. The last resort is giving out a coupon. I want to note that this is not the first time I've had this issue but thought they were just having an off day. Food is OK at best here."
"One of my favorite places to eat. Always friendly. Food is hot/cold delicious. I tried the warm Mediterranean salad and it was delicious. I also tried the new strawberry with poppy seeds salad and I enjoyed it too."
"I always order the Mac and cheese for my kids and is good, the new signature chicken sandwich have cheese that doesn’t taste good for me so I don’t like it. The Cesar salad is good, the pizza is not the best and the broccoli cheddar soup is always a perfect option"
