"By far the worst landlords I have ever dealt with. When active sewage from my upstairs neighbor started to legitimately flood my kitchen and bedroom, it took them weeks to even show up. They then turned off my upstairs neighbors water for over a month while the "fixed" the issue. By fixing the issue, they opened a massive hole in my bedroom, leaving the sewage pipe exposed and allowing that air and water to easily enter the place I was suppose to sleep and eat. The garage also had massivr leaks that weren't fixed for over a year and a half, plus the on-site laundry was never fixed for over a year and a half. Do not choose this place to live!"

"Nope do not move here they don’t fix nothing bathroom been leaking for days nobody fix nothing mold growing literally growing out my walls from it leaking so bad can’t even hang my shower curtain up because walls are pushed in because of the pipes leaking thru the wall. It’s terrible can’t wait til my lease is up I don’t recommend nobody living here.! I will be calling corporate soon they want they money on time but don’t want to fix nothing.! Leasing office is only open 4 hours a day never herd of that.!"

"These apartments are a literal nightmare. I had everything that could go wrong go wrong. Management was replaced so often nothing was getting done, I finally had to break my lease after a portion of the ceiling in my shower fell on me while I was using it and maintenance offered no solution. They had me forge a lease renewal date because the previous manager didn't want to renew my lease on time. I wouldn't rent here if you don't have to, there are better options."

"The apartments are nice, outside look great also ,very clean. But the management sucks and don't expect to have things fix in a timely manner"
