"When the tree fell on the roof, it knocked 4 holes in the roof and one in the ceiling of my bedroom. It was raining. John was there within 15 minutes. He removed the tree and temporarily patched the roof. THat was the storm about 4 weeks ago. He just finished the repairs. He did what he said he was going to and when he said he would. He did a great job."
