"Run for the hills. The 4 star rating is the average of this guy's 1 star rating and the previous owners 5 star ratings. Wish I would have paid closer attention to the comments. Looking back, he is defensive in his responses. The guy is a crook. Was told I need 2 fillings. When he started I questioned a tooth he was working on as I was told it was the tooth behind, and the tooth he was touching had just been filled 2 years prior. Tried telling me fillings have to be replaced every 2-3 years!!!????? During the process he was not listening when I said my bite wasn't right and told me to take the weekend and call back. The bite was not only off but there were air bubbles in one filling and exposed enamel on the other. I had to go somewhere else to get them redone. To make the matter worse, insurance doesn't cover work on the same tooth within a 2 year window, so I had to pay out of pocket for the rework. This guy has been avoiding my calls for a refund. Every time I call, the person who handles the refunds is out of office and will call me back....but never does. Now when I call no one picks up. Coincidence?"

"I had such a wonderful experience visiting Artistic Dentistry! Words cannot even describe their amazing level of hospitality and care for their patients. They were able to accommodate me at such short notice and book me the next day when my previous dentist was fully booked for a year. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone seeking exceptional customer service!"

"Terrible experience both times, both for cleaning and filling. This dentist seems to have no regard for their patients. During my last visit, they rushed through filling two teeth in just 15 minutes and then abruptly left without even bothering to check the quality of the filling. The responsibility was handed off to an assistant, who asked me if I felt okay. When I expressed my discomfort, she simply replied to call them later if I had issues, which is completely unacceptable. Now, I'm experiencing sharpness and discomfort in both teeth that were filled, leading me to believe that they may have caused damage. I strongly advise this dentist to focus on their work instead of incessant talking during procedures. Patients deserve proper attention and care. This isn't the end of my grievances; I will definitely return to address and rectify this mess. They must take responsibility and clean up their act. wish I had read their reviews before I go there. did not expect a dentist office be bad at basic filling."

"I have a lot of things that need to be addressed with regard to my dental situation. I appreciate the staff at Artistic Dentistry for being very skilled at every position as well as compassionate and caring people, and helping me to get started on the long process. Everyone at the office that I met with was very professional, helpful in every way and made me feel much more comfortable than I have at other dental places. The staff seemed to be in good sync with one another and it was like they were a true team. Dr. Wilson was very honest and upfront about things with me and I respect and appreciate his assertive approach, and he showed a heart for me and my situation. Everyone was very patient and kind with me and answered each of my questions and alleviated all my concerns. All were very skilled at their specific tasks they were involved in and Dr. Shea Wilson showed the same elite skill at the DDS level and could focus on that because of the trust and respect he has for his staff. That says so much about an office setting. Makes for a good, stable and productive work environment. They have that because of the team approach and they work so very well together. Thank you all for your help and I look forward to continuing the process to complete with you. You all are a true blessing from God in my life."
