"We discussed a settlement offer and agreed. Then I found out he submitted for less. Mine was a slam dunk of a case, and I made it even easier. Then I get my check and there was another charge for 150.00 in addition to the 25% fee. I sent him an email asked him to explain. He did in fact call me twice stating he wanted to discuss. All I Asked for was explanation in writing. If is not in writing is not binding. Instead of communicating in writing he just decided to ignore me. Part of my settlement was a separation agreement for 1000. Josh tells me he was taking any fee from that. Well he can't charge fees to that check by law. So instead he charged me a 150 admin fee. I also wanted my settlement in cash He said he had to provide me a check by law. So what does he send a check from his business account from a small bank that's 3 hours away not a cashier's check. Why not do a wire transfer. That's easy to understand he got his money in his bank paid in full, and I'm stuck waiting 15 days for the check to clear. Terribly managed lack of follow up and poor execution."
