"4 stars for the gentleman that greeted me. I believe he was security. This location is not an emergency room for regular visits a general e.r. would be. I went in for back conditions and was turned away to go to the west location."

"I had family stay in both rehab. The nurses need a little more compassion and more time to help patients. That is their job. I am very much upset with the female Indian Dr. J. She is rude & condescending to families of patients. She needs to learn to keep her opinions to herself. She's a doctor not a God. I would not refer anyone to this rehab. No one could ever give solid info. My mother stayed at Joplin Gardens and that was a much better place. Both to patient & family."

"Looks like Freeman does not hire seniors. Have been trying to get a job here for 2 years. I talked to a lady in administration and she promised to help. No response. Won't give a reason. They greedily accept our Medicare dollars but don't work with AARP for employment."

"They put me under an illegal 96 hour hold after I accidentally overdosed on some medication. After I was better and the heart palpitations stopped, I wanted to leave and expressed this AMA but they, every staff member including the doctors, security guards, nurses, etc., we're crowding around me and blocked the exit to prevent me from leaving. When I first expressed my desire to leave I spoke slow and clearly as well as holding my hands in the air as they were closing in on me so that they didn't hold me for being aggressive but when they started grabbing at me after they blocked the exit and were getting hostile, I punched the security guard and they held me under a 96 hour hold from Wednesday to Saturday after I demanded they let me leave. Their only saving grace was a couple of the nurses and a replacement physician. They have it all on camera and I'm going to file a complaint to receive compensation for a $200 phone that was broke in the process of fighting for my freedom. They strapped me to a bed and threatened to inject me with medication that if I refused they would not comply, but did not apply once they forced my hand into complying. The hospital is dispicable and the female Indian doctor who placed me under the hold should be disbarred or fired. If my complaint with the hospital does not get resolved I will sue."

"Despite the fact that the ER barely has a wait, it's taking forever to get back. The Triage Nurses are extremely rude if I'm not seen within 2 hours I'm going to file a complaint and never come here again. So disappointed ... Guess I DO HAVE TO GO BACK TO DALLAS FOR GOOD HEALTHCARE! Absolutely sick of horrible healthcare in this state."
