"They were taking what they call care of my mom. She was neglected multiple times and there was even a fire at the house. They kicked her out because we were working on getting her into our home. So it was a rushed deal. They then tried to force her to sign paperwork stating that she had received all her belongings. She did not so she did not want to sign. They then stated they would not release her medication without signing the paper. Completely unprofessional company should be non Existent. We still haven't received all of my moms items. Also she has had items stolen from her while there such as cash and valuable items. My mom is completely coherent and just the lack of care is mind blowing."

"Their so unprofessional is crazy some of the clients that they have there are unhappy with the way they treat them & as farmer staff member I would not suggest you put a family member in their care because they will not be look after with true safe & responsible care they are false advertised."

"I loveee this company!!! They are awesome, I love the way they love my aunt. She speaks so highly of the owner and staff! I’ve never heard of any business owner being so active in the facility. I can’t wait to meet everyone when I come to visit. Thank you heaven scent for all you do for our loved ones!"

"Terrible customer service the faculty is very rude and unprofessional. This is the worst healthcare company in St. Louis they don’t take care of their clients as they should. Clients health decreases and receives bed sores, clients receive wrong dosage of medication, and they take the clients money without the clients being aware and they miss treat there clients terrible terrible terrible company."
