Felix Valle House State Historic Site
● OpenLocated in Ste. Genevieve, Missouri, the Felix Vallé House State Historic Site offers visitors a glimpse into Missouri's early French roots. The Vallé house, built in 1818, is furnished in the style of the 1830s and showcases the American influence on the French community after the Louisiana Purchase. Visitors can explore the historic site and view a host of artifacts that provide insight into the area's rich history. In addition to tours of the house, visitors can also purchase Cool Parks gear to prepare for their trip to one of Missouri's State Parks. The site is open on most days, but there are occasional closures for weather, stewardship activities, and maintenance. Please check the Park and Site Status Map for any temporary closures.
