"I have been to a couple other clinics that do your physical and drug screen so I already had experienced the unprofessionalism and being treated like your the next one in line, so going in to Concentra Clinic I was expecting the same but it was just the opposite, I was treated with respect by the receptionist, nurses were nothing but friendly and wanted you to do ALL they could to help you pass all test (of course within their guidelines), by walking you through every step of the way. The bottom line is from the receptionist to the nurses and last the Doctor, all wanted to help you achieve your goal for being there. It's been a long time since I have had that much true care.
