"It was near closing time. We were there for an Amazon return and we ended up buying some Legos. The cashier's and customer service workers were very kind and engaged my son for about 20 minutes answering all his questions about the self checkout, security tags and anything his bright little brain could dream up. What started as a boring old Amazon return ended with my son giggling with uncontrollable excitement and joy. If Kohl's has any good sense, they would assure that Kim and the other employees whose names I (unfortunately) can't remember are rewarded generously and retained at any cost."

"I was in this Kohls's Shopping, and I had Gathered a few items and one of the items was an incorrect size. The cashier, Rachel, noticed I had one item in medium, and she asked, "Are you shopping for someone else? I said, no, all of these items are mine she stated well, this one item is a medium, and the rest of your items are double x. Is this a mistake? She saved me a trip back through the return line, and her attention to detail made me feel exquisite. as if she cared about me and my time. Rachel saved me so much time and energy. Thank you, Rachel, for being who you are and helping people."

"Ordered online for store pickup. Received an email there would be a delay. Waited several days and called the store and was told my order was shopped and I could pick up soon. Next day received an email that my order was canceled because my items were out of stock. Waited a week and reordered and guess what, went to pick up the items. Lazy associates lied twice. Sorry they can't be bothered to actually do their job."
