"Was denied coffee no type of coffee was accessible to customers at 730 pm because the cashier said it was a hassle And refused to make any coffee I am a veteran and I enjoy my coffee and I told him that but could not get bp to support a veteran and just make a hot cup of coffee and I was willing to pay I was cold and had almost ran out of gas"
"The car wash is almost always down with no way of knowing before you get there. Also, the wash codes expire after 16 days and the clerks aren’t very accommodating when it comes to issuing a new one since their wash being closed caused yours to expire."
"Bathrooms were clean, and the facility overall was very clean. No trash around and the air pump was working the cashier inside was friendly and rang me up very quickly."
"Didn’t get receipt printed out for car wash i paid for. Had to go inside & talk with checker about which pump i was at, did i actually pay. When we finally got that straightened out he printed a receipt. Went to car wash entrance & it was closed. Went back in and he said “oh yeah, we’ve been having problems with it”. Wouldn’t give me my money back!"
