"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️SERC has given me my life back. April Fox, pelvic floor savior, gave me my confidence back. You see I walked in SERC a very hopeless, mentally/physically defeated woman due to having pelvic floor issues. I always heard after you have a kid to watch out when you sneeze or laugh due to leakage or losing full bladder control. So after having my first child I thought oh this must be normal. It's common but it's absolutely not normal. It began to severely affect my mental health and physical health. I became mostly sedentary and always isolated myself due to embarrassment of my pelvic floor issues. Finally after my second child I asked for a referral to another pelvic floor specialist because I wanted to become myself again. April Fox truly listens to you, looks you in the eye and assures you that you are at the right place. She was not only my pelvic floor therapist but also my THERAPIST too because overcoming pelvic floor issues is SUCH a mentally and physically challenging journey. But SO worth it. I can now say I 'rang the bell' at SERC yesterday after being discharged from pelvic floor therapy. I am a more active, happy, much healthier, stronger woman now that I'm on the road to finally overcoming this journey that I never thought would end. "I started Pelvic Floor Therapy about 2 months ago and I have had Great results! April Fox has taught me so much about the pelvic floor. I am improving with sleeping through the night without having to get up to go to the bathroom and the few night that I do get up during the night I don’t have an accident before I make it to the bathroom. April told me that the lower back and hips support the pelvic floor and I can honestly say that we have worked on my lower back and hips and I can now stand without so much pain it wants to bring me to my knees. I had a car wreck 23 1/2 years ago and my back has just gotten worse but thanks to April and what she has taught me, I can stand without needing to sit down in just a couple of minutes. "Hands down, Serc in Warrensburg has been the best experience and care I’ve received from a physical therapy clinic…. and I’ve been to many due to my profession. The whole office is awesome and full of laughter, but April and Ryan treated me for chronic back pain and pelvic floor. First Ryan, he’s amazing! His elbows in your back do wonders, trust me! Just ask for Ryan’s elbows and your back will be feeling great leaving the office. As for April, just WOW! Her pelvic floor knowledge is incredible. She will make you so comfortable with her soothing yoga instructor voice as she teaches you tips and tricks at every session. I can keep going on and on but just see for yourself.
