"If you are thinking about using this trash company, DON'T use this one!!! They send you bills, but don't pick up your trash. It's been 5 weeks since they last picked up our trash and almost 30 weeks total of missed trash pickups since they took over in July. They don't credit your account either even though you pay for a service that you don't receive!!! Go with another company, plenty have started up and actually PICK UP your trash!!! I am glad we are getting rid of them!!! Then....months later they send you a collection notice. Seriously?! You NEVER picked up our trash EVER!!! We paid for a service that we NEVER received except excuses."

"6/4/22 update: I received a phone call from a Republic/Heartland representative, after posting this review and emailing their team, as they requested. The representative claimed he was trying to resolve our problem, and requesting a truck to come pick up our trash THAT DAY. I told him it was hard to believe his words, because every Republic/Heartland representative verbalizes empathy & makes promises, which means nothing to the team that actually drives the trash route. We have not received ANY trash service since 4/15/22. I send emails to report missed pickups. I call the office about missed pickups. This week will make 8 weeks since my last pickup. It doesn't change a thing, other than document why I am not sending payment for services. I prorate my payment, based upon how many times Heartland/Republic shows up to empty my dumpster. If any legitimate trash company was doing business in our area, AAA Disposal and Republic Waste would both be out of business. Anyone willing to build incinerators? I think there would be a market for rural & commercial customers to burn their trash right now."

"Reblubic Services formally Heartland is not a reliable trash service. When it was Heartland we had no issues but when Republic took over, they rarely picked up on time sometimes going 2 or more weeks without pickup. We would call for missed pick ups and they couldnt give a an explanation. Now they dont service our area and we received a letter stating the last day to pick up was March 18th, 2022. That day came, they did not pick up our trash but did pick up the neighbors. We called, they said we had a credit on the account and dont know why our trash wasnt picked up but put a ticket in for it to be picked up. It is now 4 business days later and it still hasnt been picked up and when we called they said since we are not in their area, they wont come pick it up and there is nothing they can do about our trash. They gave us a 23 dollar credit but the 23 dollars isn't going to pick up our trash. My advise, if you live in the Warrensburg area, find another trash company as this company out in Warrensburg is not reliable at all. When you call, you can't even talk to the Warrensburg branch and just get customer service and they are no help as they tell us one thing but they do another. Poor communication within this company and you get told something different everytime you call. I wouldnt even give this company a 1 star its that bad."

"Members of our neighborhood have made multiple calls regarding a missed pickup last week. Every single person received a different answer. Some have been told they don’t service our area, others that they would be out that day to pick it up… and that was if they could get anyone to even answer the phone. I won’t be paying anything until they fix the problem… IF they fix the problem. The customer service is TRASH so I guess it’s fitting."
