"Justin started off great and very responsive, he was slightly higher than some of our bids but we felt like we were in good hands. The first month he worked was great and quick but then he stopped responding for months and no work was being done. He finally responded and started work again, we discovered that the work was done poorly and even left out a major plumbing project that we had already paid for. All in all I would not use this company, we have since hired someone else to fix his mistakes and hopefully meet our new deadline. Very disappointed."

"I hired Justin for a $150K renovation project. Working with him has been extremely difficult, to say the least. He would not communicate, provide schedules, finish the work, or keep numbers up to date. Many products weren't ordered that I was told had been. He told me subs were scheduled who never showed up, and still haven't. In one instance he told me many times that the issue with a product was with the manufacturer, but I found out after five months that it just hadn't been ordered. He showed up once or twice a month and all of the work by him and his subs was RUSHED, and believe me it shows. He heavily resisted making things right when they were wrong, and is some cases still hasn't. He never ordered a port a potty for the job, so his subs urinated in the drains of my basement for months. He didn't take responsibility or clean it up. I was told it would be a 3 months job, it's been 8 months and it wasn't completed. I wouldn't recommend him."

"Legacy Contractor Services saved us from a potential disastrous situation with another (unlicensed) "contractor" who failed to tell us that we needed permits and an emergency egress window, not to mention the work that had been done to that point was done without a permit. We called Justin in and he was pleasant, professional, reassuring. He gave us some quick education and had an estimate in to us that evening. Justin knows how the contracting business works. He knows the laws and he is extremely helpful and knowledgeable, making us feel at ease. I have every confidence that the construction in our basement is going to be done with exceptional quality, on time, and with a keen attention to detail. Since the pandemic hit, everything had to be put on a temporary hold. We are now able to begin slowly moving forward with the project. I've spoken to many contractors and Legacy Contractor Services was the only company who didn't talk down to me or charge me commercial rates. Justin is extremely fair in estimating the costs as well as patient and kind in explaining why he arrived at the cost he did. I trust Legacy Contractor Services and wouldn't trust anyone else to touch my home."
