Closets by Design - St. Louis

"I had my kitchen pantry done and it turned out great, however one of my upper cabinets which was a door that swung up, needed to be adjusted because it would not stay up. I contacted by designer, who emailed customer service to het in touch with me. Needless to say, no one ever did and its been at least 6 weeks since the original email went to customer service. I have had both of my closets in our bedroom done and had a built in cabinet put in my bathroom, all of which are great and no issues. My pantry however is another story especially from customer service of which there is none. I will not be going back for any additional cabinet updates which is unfortunate since they do good work."

"This has been the most Pleasant experience! My designer Andrew came to my house. He measured my space and listened to what it was I was looking for. He came up with a design and came back to show me what he had designed. Together we tweaked the design to fit my exact needs. The hardest part of the process is to wait for your install. I was so happy with how it looked I could hardly wait for install day. My installer showed up early in the morning and by mid afternoon I had the closet of my dreams! I was beautiful and exceeded my expectations. I have had Andrew come back and design another closet for me since. The prices are competitive and the quality is outstanding.
