I came in not knowing what to expect exactly, but the instructors are very easy to work with and communicate with. Ronnie, Miss Ruby, Tony, Don, and Crystal do the best they can to ensure you get your CDL. Is the place perfect, no. But as long as you show up, communicate, show eagerness to learn, and can accept constructive criticism, you will be well on your way to getting your CDL with this team. As happy as I am to have mine and will be receiving my certificate tomorrow, I am also sad to leave the family that these people became to me along with all the other students. "Great school! Recent restructuring in staff before I arrived, so all I can say is the trainers that are currently on staff are great! All trainers are seasoned truckers, and some have been trainers for many years. One of them graduated from Truck Dynasty 9 years ago, and came back to be an instructor. They know all students by name and I truly felt valuable. I passed the state exam on my first try, so they are great trainers. Developed several friendships during my training. I highly recommend the TDDA family!"

"If you need your CDL come here!! The training you’ll get is the best, it’s not easy so show up ready to work and study. The trainers are AMAZING!!! Tony, Ruby and Ronnie are the best!! Super helpful and will answer any question you have and they make you feel welcome and part of the team! Can’t say enough about them and the staff! I couldn’t have done it without them! "Pros -few instructors were genuinely great; crystal, ruby, brad -you can practice pre-trip while on 1 hour lunch break Cons -they dont follow the curriculum that they advertised -the lead instructor displays favoritism and unprofessionalism; Alicia -few instructors, way too many students; -instructors are not on the same page at all about what and how to teach, lack of leadership training -with so many students and so little time, darryl does mandatory meetings for 2 hours everyday, and with the yard closing at 3:30....in total u only are near the trucks for less than 5 hours each day, even though school advertises as being open from 8-5pm -tons more...jeez after going to another school that had good ratings, I saw that good schools have 1 instructor to 4 student ratio, the atmosphere is respectful and very professional starting from management down to instructors, and their reviews are consistently positive. its cause and effect, when u value u quantity, quality goes does down and u act out integrity and start being authoritarian. if they stuck to their curriculum and didn't take on more than they can handle, they wouldn't be so disorganized and could even charge more, and their reviews would reflect that. every student I spoke to even ones that passed complained about the structure and lack of standards, we are all stuck because we signed a contract, and just had to buckle down."
