"This place is the worst. The staff are dismissive, lazy, and rude. They treat pregnancy like a “one size fits all shirt”! When I was pregnant with my son my vaginal prolapse was getting worse and it was very uncomfortable. They treated me like I was lying and even recommended me getting a hysterectomy which is appalling and disgusting. I quickly decided to transfer to lees summit where it is a little more diverse and they put me in pelvic floor therapy. Women of color should stay away from this place!"

"I had my daughter on 04/24 and I had the most magical experience! The midwives and labor staff were amazing. I would recommend having a baby here to anyone & will be going here for my future prenatal care and deliveries!"

"I had the worst experience today at WMMC women's health. The bathroom was disgusting. They had issues getting the scale to work and later told me that I'm obese, despite never having previous weight issues and my vitals were perfect.They put me in a room with no air conditioning while wearing a mask. My husband and I were sweating the whole time because it was so hot in the facility. The phlebotomist poked me several times without hitting my viens and I've never had issues with getting blood drawn before. My arm is now completely bruised. I got up and walked out of my appointment. I'm never going back. They seemed to care more about shaming me than helping me. They pushed my next appointment out further than what I wanted. If they were truly concerned about me being "obese"and my overall well being, they wouldn't have pushed my next appointment out so far. Seemed to me that I was just a number not a person. **Update** I ended up having Midwife Rachael Henderson assigned for my 39 weeks of care. After 33 weeks of being her patient she still didn't know my name. She failed to see at my 36 week grow ultrasound that my son's shoulders were too wide for my pelvis. During labor and delivery my son got stuck. Eventually his shoulders were dislocated during delivery and I suffered a 4th degree. The physical damage of that labor took 1hr to stitch up and required months of physical therapy. My next child will have to be a c-section due to the lasting effects. Stay away from midwife Henderson."

"I was instructed to arrive 15 minutes early. I did as requested, upon arriving the receptionist is rude and just shouldn't be the first person you see. I was asked to give a urine sample, there were multiple urine cups filled to the brim in a tiny little box leaving no room for mine. Heres the shocker for me. I was the ONLY ONE in the clinic at this time. Meaning they've been setting for god knows how long. Disgusting. Then I proceed to fill out my paper work and wait an HOUR AN A HALF passed my app. Time. Many people continued to filter in an out while I just waited."
