"My son had a prescription that needed refilled and we needed some assistance. Robin did a fantastic job. She told me she would call me back and she did within an hour. On a follow up call the message went to voice mail on my phone. Robin took the time to call me again to make sure I received the information. Robin exhibited great communication and was extremely helpful."

"This place is wonderful. Dr Steffen is the one who listened to all of mine and my mom’s concerns and actually did tests on me instead of sending me home with a prescription. Come to find out I am a type one diabetic. He is so awesome because if it wasn’t for him I wouldn’t be here today. Dana has always been there to help and squeeze me in when I needed to be seen. She goes above and beyond to make sure kids are seen. I’ve seen Dr Annath since I was a baby and would highly recommend her. The staff and Drs at these facilities are wonderful. Always getting you in and out in a timely manner. Would recommend them to any family and friends."

I’m very grateful for Dr. James Steffens. He saved my daughters life. He diagnosed her with keto acidosis. He was very professional and very concerned about my daughters well being. Dana has always been there to help as well. They do their best to work you in as a walk in. Both of these facilities are wonderful. Never had to wait that long to be seen. Always willing to help in anyway they can. Very friendly atmosphere and good bedside manners. I would recommend this office to all my family and friends!!"

"I'm not sure what has happened to this place over the last year, but it's not the same! I called to make an appointment and was told I could bring my daughter in to get her ears checked out. The front desk lady was brimming with hostility the moment I opened the door. Asked me who I had talked to and informed me I had gotten it wrong. So I have wasted not only my gas and 45 minutes out of my day. I was served with some attitude to take home with me as well. This used to be a 5 star place back a couple years ago. I will be looking for a new doctor."

"Dr. Ananth is a great doctor. She listens well, is very experienced and will get the care your kiddo needs. The nurses are on top of their stuff, timely, and also very experienced. There are a lot of walk-in times available too for those more urgent needs."
